Tui was central to the development of BT Intranet applications Directory and Finder, two of the most widely used applications within BT, one of the UK's largest companies.

In association with BT Teamconnect, Tui designed and developed Media Channel, which used Backweb technology to 'push' time-sensitive information around BT using polite delivery. As well as building templates for rapid channel development, Tui also integrated this information into dynamic Flash-based screensavers.

MyBT was a knowledge management 'blue-sky' development undertaken by Tui in conjunction with the BT User Centered Design Group at Adastral Park. This groundbreaking prototype, designed to integrate with Microsoft's Digital Dashboard, was taken and developed further by Microsoft and BT.
